I am writing this letter in response to your request about the work history of Mr. Stephen E. Devereaux. He was working as a Senior Associate from January 1, 2011 to November 30, 2011. He was terminated because of his unprofessional attitude.

Mr. Devereaux possessed excellent communication skills that are essential in any customer service industry. He was working in an outbound process. He did not follow the company procedures and used to make personal calls on several occasions. In spite of giving repeated warnings, he continued to do the same. He was unable to handle irate customers. His lack of seriousness for the job led to his termination.

I would not recommend Mr. Devereaux for any job that involves customer interaction. I will suggest that you can consider him for any non-voice process as he has got good keyboarding skills.
